Our lab uses both Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. Can we run Labvironment on both operating systems at the same time?

Yes. Labvironment is cross platform; Mac OS X and Windows users can use the program simultaneously regardless of the Labvironment server platform.

Our lab already uses FileMaker. Do we have to buy a new license to use Labvironment?

No. Your lab will not have to buy a new Filemaker license — provided you are using the current Filemaker version. If not, contact FileMaker for an upgrade.

How many concurrent users does Labvironment support?

This is determine by your license code, but 999 is the absolute maximum number of supprted concurrent users.

Can we install Labvironment ourselves?

Unfortunately, no. Our installation and configuration team will work with you to properly install and setup Labvironment for your lab.
